About the program.

The Mini Mindfulness program has been designed to be a simple easy-to-follow collection of tips and tricks for parents and caregivers to have on hand as needed when their little ones are having a hard time with big emotions, bedtime or tantrums.

This program has been designed specifically with ages 0 - 6 years in mind.

The program has come about after the trials and tribulations of my own battles with my littles and their behaviours as well as working with close friends and family and their little ones.

Taking the battle out of bedtime.

The biggest battle with bedtime is finding a good routine that suits everyone. The second battle is realising that there will be some nights where it will work and others where it won't. It is not all doom and gloom, there is usually one or two elements of a bedtime routine that will work no matter what.

There are a few different strategies to try out and some great suggestions as part of the Mini mindfulness program.

Busting through big emotions.

Big emotions and little people can be a really challenging time.

Learn some ways to speak to your little ones in the moment to help them move past what is going on.

Have a go-to tool kit for how and what to say after a big emotion to help identify it before it takes over and also what can be done to feel the emotion in a safe way.

Taming the tantrums.

Tips and tricks on taming the tantrum before it hits the full danger zone, noticing the signs and having something to redirect with has been a game-changer.

Missed the signs and the meltdown is looming, all good we got tips and tricks for those moments as well.

Fill your cup first.

Bonus content for parents and caregivers around filling their cups first!

Kids are very vibe-based and will pick up on your stress and tension no matter how well you think you can hide it.

Taking time for yourself is not selfish and also doesn't need to take a lot of time if you need a quick recharge.

The course comes with a complimentary 30-minute Zoom call (preferably at the start) so that I can meet you and your little ones and see if there is anything in the program that needs to be personalized to suit the specific needs of your family.

There is also a 15-minute Let's Chat phone call ideally a few weeks after you have started just to see how you and your little ones are going and if there is anything that might need tweaking to suit your needs.
